Love your work has been a

In the office, you never meet the people who always complain about the job. They say too hard, too hard, too easy, too little time, too not serious, and too this and that. Happens, many people also so that the lice jump, move it move it here. Perhaps, the question is not appropriate, "how can I get a job I like?", But "how can I love the job I've got?"

Below are four practical steps that can help you do so. Merenunglah moment to understand, and you'll be surprised akan results.

1. Aware that the work does not define you, but you are defining the work that many have said that about attitude, more than can be written. Any job can be done well, with full devotion and attention. Attitude towards your work and how you treat people - even your mood - will be quickly recognized. Things that will affect your colleagues. There is times where you can not control the situation, but you will always be able to choose the best way for them.

2. Stopped focusing on the money. Money as much as anything are never enough. So, please stop using lack of money as a reason not to love the job. Either the time or not pay, there are always just a desire to shop. See where your money ends. Do not work only for paid search, or eat, but for your satisfaction.

3. Discover the satisfaction of each of what you do This may make you have to think hard, but rather can not be done. Sisakan time to really think what you want to do. Ask yourself, "how do I make this job different, because I do that?" Perspective plays a big role in fulfilling sense of well being and satisfaction of someone. Try to remember why you accept this job. When this work is to 'fill time', whether you are looking for other work actively?

4. Dare to ask yourself whether you deserve When you get this job you can not find the part of the job that you can senangi, or feel you can not end peers such as your work, consider again the reasons to accept this job. Can be, not a new job that you need, but a new direction. Would you like to do work that people like you? If not, whether there are changes you can do to work this, or perhaps this is indeed the work of your issue? Are you more like a position in another company the same? What additional responsibilities will satisfy you? The questions above will lead you to the 'love or not love' to work. Ask also for yourself why you feel this job is not satisfactory. This awareness will guide you to the biggest satisfaction you can get from a job. Increase sense of well being, increase self-control, rather than merely 'not necessarily flow direction'. Perhaps, it is time to make changes.
